Extraordinary member, representing a non-European Union country, that possesses government-recognized qualifications in Psychomotricity.

The country delegate has the rights to:

The delegate of an extraordinary member is not allowed to candidate for president or vice-president.

Associated member, represents  a European Union country that does not fulfil the conditions for ordinary or extraordinary membership.
